Flank Steak Marinade

This is a delicious, easy marinade. It's best if the steak marinades overnight. I like to prepare the marinade and freeze the steak in the sauce.

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup chopped scallions
• 1 1/2 tspns sesame oil

Mix ingredients and pour into bag with 1 lb flank steak.
