Ingredients
- 1 lb salted butter
- 1 Cup fruit sugar
- 3 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300'F
Line tray with parchment paper
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until cookies are barely light gold.
Make sure butter is at room temperature.
Mix butter in mixer until fluffy and light
Gradually add sugar and mix well.
Combine both flours and add to mixture.
Take a teaspoon of dough and roll into a ball and press with a fork.
