Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Frozen Peanut Butter Pie 0 Picture


  • 6 oz. cream cheese - softened
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip - thawed
  • 1 Graham Cracker crust
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)



Step 1

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until fluffy. Add peanut butter and beat well. Gradually add milk. Fold in whipped topping. Fill pie shell, sprinkle with optional peanuts if you wish. Freeze until firm. Remove 30 minutes prior to serving.
