Ingredients

  • 6 small boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 lb. fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top lower sodium stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 6 minutes or each side or until chicken is cooked through (170 degrees). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

Add water and broccoli to skillet; bring to a boil. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.

Return chicken to skillet; sprinkle with cheese.

Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
