A simple way to have tacos with out the meat falling all over.
- 6 tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 18 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 4 1/2 oz can chopped ripe olives
- 1 1/2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c water
Spread tortillas with butter. Brown beef and onion, add seasoning and tomato sauce. In a casserole dish, alternate layers of tortillas, beef sauce, olives and cheese. Add water and cover. Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut in wedges remove with pie server.
