Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tb. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tb. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. brown sugar, packed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 lb. beef chuck roast

Preparation
Step 1
Blend together all ingredients except roast in a bowl. Pour half the mixture into a slow cooker and add roast; pour remaining mixture over top. Cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours. Serves 6.
