Vita's Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1/4 lb. butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 pint sour cream
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• Mix well -
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinammon
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, alternate sour cream and dry ingredients, add vanilla.

Pour one-half of batter in greased and floured bundt pan, spread one-half of topping, pour remaining batter and rest of topping.

Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
