Ritz Cracker Pie
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Whipped cream
1.To stiffly beaten egg whites, add sugar, baking powder, salt, crackers, pecans and vanilla.
Crumble crackers by hand for larger crumbs.
2.Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan.
3.Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
Chill and serve with whipped cream.
