Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 pounds chicken (legs, breasts, or thighs)

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in large bowl (except chicken). Stir to dissolve the brown sugar. Add chicken and turn to coat with marinade. Refrigerate 3 hours to overnight.
Grill chicken until 160-165 degrees. Rest 10 minutes, and serve.
