Ingredients
- 2 1/4 lb. baking potaotes (4 Large)
- 1 t. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 to 1 1/2 (135 to 200 grams flour)

Preparation
Step 1
Bake potates until the pint of knife enters them easlily
cool, peel and rice.
While a little warm mix in salt, egg and as little flour as possible. Roll into logs about the width of a finger and ccut into 1/4 to 1 inch segments.
