Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 medium tomato, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 medium onion, or 8-10 scallions, cut into small pieces
- 2 peeled carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2-3 celery stalks, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
