  • 1 Tbsp. Yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix as bread (soft dough). Knead for 3 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes. Coat a large jelly roll pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place dough in center of pan and press dough out to edges until the dough is completely covering the pan. Spread topping over dough. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into 2 inch strips and then cut once down the center lengthwise (about 40 pieces). Let rise until double. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.

TOPPING 1
¼ cup soft butter, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¼ tsp. parsley flakes, ½ tsp. garlic salt. Blend together and spread over bread
TOP 2 – ¼ c. soft butter, ½ tsp. salt, ¼ c. parm. Cheese
