Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped pecan pieces
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper in a jar, red variety, drained
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper in a Jar, green variety, drained

Step 1
Spread the mixture by rounded teaspoons evenly on Triscuits or other whole grain crackers. Place the crackers on a cookie sheet and put under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbling, or microwave in a glass dish on 80% power until hot, about 20 seconds. Makes 4 dozen
