Texan BBQ Beef Ribs

Ask your butcher to give you meaty beef ribs; otherwise they will have little meat on it when normally sold in the market.

Ingredients
- Rub:
- rack of beef ribs
- 2-3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups of tomato juice
- 2 tbsp. worchestershire sauuce
- 2 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. molasses

Step 1
In a shallow tray with rack on top, add 2 cups of water. Sprinkle rub (mix all ingredients above) all over and add ribs on rack.
Wrap the rack and tray with foil. Bake in oven and steam for _____.
Saute onions, cloves, and mushrooms in a saucepan for 2 minutes. Add chili powder and pepper and tomato juice. Stir. Add the rest. Cook for 5 minutes.
Grill ribs on the grill till cooked.
Baste ribs with the sauce at the end.
