Beer Braised Shrimp with rice and green beans

Ingredients
- Garlic, Celery, Red onion, green pepper
- Hot pepper
- 2 limes
- Half baby tomatoes
- Thyme
- 2 cups rice
- Green beans with Bacon
- 6 strips of bacon diced and cooked slow, black pepper and\or cayenne pepper
- Add green beans to 3 tablespoons bacon grease, add vinegar and sugar at the end
- Once cooked- ¼ cups hot sauce, seafood seasoning, then add beer until right before cooked. Let reduce. Add green onions and butter at the end

Spicy rice
Garlic, Celery, Red onion, green pepper= half in pan with butter and oil, other half in salsa
Hot pepper to salsa diced and add lime zest and juice of 2 limes
Half baby tomatoes and add to salsa
Thyme to salsa and pan
Add 2 cups rice to pan with vegetables and toast for a few minutes. Double chicken stuck to rice. Boil and cook 15 – 18 minutes.
Green beans with Bacon
6 strips of bacon diced and cooked slow, black pepper and\or cayenne pepper
Add green beans to 3 tablespoons bacon grease, add vinegar and sugar at the end.
Fried shrimp in pan
Once cooked- ¼ cups hot sauce, seafood seasoning, then add beer until right before cooked. Let reduce. Add green onions and butter at the end
