    cup melted butter

  • 1/2

    cup warm water

  • 2/3

    cup warm milk

    cups bread flour

    cup whole wheat flour

    tablespoons sugar

  • filling:

  • 1/2

    cup ea. melted butter, granulated sugar,

  • packed brown sugar

  • 1

    tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Use cycle on bread machine that only mixes, kneads and rises the bread. The actual baking will be done in your oven. Put all of the dough ingredients in bread machine When mixing, kneading and rising cycle is complete, remove dough and roll it out on a floured board into a large thin rectangle, approcimately 22 by 14 inches. Brush dough with melted butter: Combine sugars and cinnamon and sprinkle over dough Roll up dough, jellyroll fashion, starting with the long edge. Seal edges and slice into 12 rolls. Place, cut-side down, onto a baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake rolls 20 to 25 minutes, remove from oven. If desired brush with melted butter and drizzle with icing of your choice.
