Ingredients
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves, garlic
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup green jalapeno chilies (tin), chopped into small pieces
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth or water and 2 OXO cubes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- cheese, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, cilantro (optional, for serving)

Preparation
Step 1
Add everything to slow cooker and give it a stir. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Serve nice and steamy with rice and topped with cheese, sour cream, tomatoes or cilantro if you like.
