Tzatziki - Greek Yogurt Dip

- 2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 sm. Seedless cucumber - peeled and grated
- 2 - 3 cloves garlic mashed
- Splash of red wine vinegar, Olive oil and dash of salt
Drain cucumber of all liquid. Mix ingredients together, refrigerate for several hours for the flavors to come together. Serve with pita and/or grilled meat.
