Ingredients
- 2 C. arugula
- 1 C. light mayonnaise
- 2 T. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 T. prepared horseradish
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 C. julienne cut sun dried tomatoes in olive oil and herbs, drained, blotted dry
- 1 lb. prime sirloin steak

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor bowl or blender, puree first seven ingredients. Transfer to small bowl; stir in sundried tomatoes. Refrigerate.
To Grill: Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Using direct heat cooking method, preheat grill to Medium. Grill steak, covered, to desired doneness (14-16 min) turning once. Slice steak on the diagonal; arrange slices on plates slightly overlapping. Top with Arugula Aioli.
