SIRLOIN - ARUGULA AIOLI TOPPED 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 2 C. arugula
  • 1 C. light mayonnaise
  • 2 T. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 T. prepared horseradish
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 C. julienne cut sun dried tomatoes in olive oil and herbs, drained, blotted dry
  • 1 lb. prime sirloin steak

Preparation

Step 1

In food processor bowl or blender, puree first seven ingredients. Transfer to small bowl; stir in sundried tomatoes. Refrigerate.

To Grill: Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Using direct heat cooking method, preheat grill to Medium. Grill steak, covered, to desired doneness (14-16 min) turning once. Slice steak on the diagonal; arrange slices on plates slightly overlapping. Top with Arugula Aioli.
