- ONE GOOD SIZE BUTTERNUT SQUASH
- 2 CUPS RITZ CRACKER CRUMBS
- 1 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
- 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE OR SWISS
- MINCED DRIED ONION TO TASTE
- 1 EGG LIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 TSP PEPPER
- 2-3 TBLS BUTTER
- DASH OF SUGAR

Step 1
PEEL AND SLICE SQUASH.
BOIL SQUASH TIL MUSHY
DRAIN WATER AND MASH UP SQUASH
PLACE SQUASH IN LARGE BOWL
ADD CRACKER CRUMBS,MILK,CHEESE,ONION AND STIR WELL
STIR IN EGG,SALT,PEPPER,SUGAR AND BUTTER
POUR INTO GREASED 1-QT CASSEROLE PAN.(USE SMALLER DEEP OVAL DISH)
BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES
