Mint-Chocolate Chip Shake

For a thicker texture best eaten with a spoon, reduce the amount of milk in recipes by half. For a thin shake you can drink with a straw, add liquid in small increments until it's sippable.

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Garnish: fresh mint

Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Add drops of food coloring to mixture, stirring until it's the desired shade of green. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into glasses; garnish, if desired.
