- 2 wedges The Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese
- 5 oz. cooked skinless lean chicken breast, chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped carrots

Step 1
Place cheese wedges in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Stir until smooth. Add chicken and hot sauce; stir well. Mix in celery and carrots. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over greens.
