Ingredients
- 3/4 - 3/4 pound cooked elbow noodles
- 1 - 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 - 1 egg
- 12 - 12 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- - Pepper
- 1 - 1 tsp mustard
- - Dash of tobasco
- 1/2 - 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Wisk egg into 1/2 the evaporated milk.
Add mustard, tobasco, pepper and salt.
Stir mixture quickly into macaroni.
Add cheese and rest of milk and stir.
