Ingredients
- 1 T instant yeast
- 1 1/2 c warm water
- 2 T sugar
- 3-4 c. Flour
- 1/2 t. salt

Preparation
Step 1
add first three ingredients and stir.
add remaining and mix.
It shouldn't stick to hands.
Cover, rise 20 min. divide in two.
Roll 1/2 in. thick. Cut into strips about 1 in. wide.
Melt 1/2 stick butter on cookie sheet, dip strips.
Sprinkle w/garlic and Parmesan or mozzarella.
Bake 375* or 10 minutes.
Check, bottom should be a little crisp
