Ingredients
- 5 cups Milk
- 6 TB Sugar
- 6 TB Shortening
- 2 TB salt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 6 -12 cups flour
- 2 TBL yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Cook 5 cups milk in microwave for 8 minutes. While waiting put the following into mixer:
6 Tbl. Sugar
6 Tbl. Shortening
2 Tbl. Salt
Add milk to mixture then add ½ cup cold water to cool mixture. Then add around 6 cups flour. Add 2 Tbl yeast then enough flour to clean edge of bowl. Mix 5 minutes. Let double, punch down and let rise 30 minutes. Punch down and let rise 10 minutes. Form into 4 loaves. Let rise and bake at 375 for 10 mintues and 325° for 25 minutes.
