Ingredients
- 2 C. flour
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1 to 2 T. poppy seeds
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 C. margarine, melted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Paper muffin cups

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease and line 12 muffin cups.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, poppy seeds, baking powder and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine milk, lemonade concentrate, margarine and egg. Stir into dry ingredients just until they're moistened. Fill lined and greased muffin cups three-fourths full.
4. Bake in 400° oven for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly brown. Immediately remove from pans.
NOTE: Sugar may be sprinkled on tops of muffins before they are baked.
