Glazed Baby-Back Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 racks baby-back ribs, cut in half
- salt
- black pepper
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place ribs in a large, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fill pan halfway with water. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
Combine honey, ketchup, soy sauce, hot sauce and garlic in a small saucepan; Set aside.
Prepare barbecue grill. Remove ribs from dish, discarding liquid. Brush sauce over ribs and grill, basting occasionally, until tender. Bring remaining sauce to a boil over medium-high heat; boil 2-3 minutes. Serve sauce with ribs.
Basting sauce is also great with pork chops.
