The simple addition of flaxseed oil boosts the nutritional profile of this creamy raspberry and peach smoothie. You can't taste it and it won't take way from the vibrant color. Almond milk is a great nutrient-packed substitute for cow's milk.
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup almond milk
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
2 cups frozen sliced peaches (10 ounces)
1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Raspberries
Instructions
Blend almond milk, yogurt, flaxseed oil, peaches and raspberries in a blender until pureed and smooth, stirring several times. Serve immediately.
