Ingredients
- FOR EACH DOZEN FROZEN BLINTZES
- 3 EGGS
- 1 PINT SOUR CREAM
- Beat together.
- Add 1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE
- Add 1/2 CUP SUGAR

Step 1
Use DEEP METAL TINS.
Pour ¼ STICK MELTED BUTTER into bottom of pan
Place BLINTZES in pan
Poour egg mixture into pan
Bake ( 350??) until risen and almost firm
Can then cool, cover , and refrigerate to rewarm at a later time.
