Cinnamon Almond Chia Seed Granola

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/4 cup hot water
- pinch of sea salt
- Almonds
- Pumpkin Seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Heat up 1/4 cup of water until just about to boil, set aside and let it cool for a minute.
Add the raw honey to a large bowl, and whisk in the water, a tablespoon at a time until the consistency of the mixture is like maple syrup.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl and stir until the mixture is thoroughly coated in the almond butter and raw honey mixture. In a 9×9 pan, firmly press the mixture to the mold of the pan. Then,
Put the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours to let the flavors combine. Then break up the pieces into chunks and eat like cereal.
Put the mixture in the freezer overnight. Then use a sharp knife to cut into bars. Wrap each bar in plastic wrap and store for later.
