Ingredients

  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Large Instant vanilla pudding mixes
  • 1 - 8 oz package of cream cheese
  • 4 Cups milk
  • 1 12 oz Container of Cool Whip
  • Chocolate Syrup

Preparation

Step 1

For Crust: Boil 1 cup water and 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat. Add 1 Cup flour and beat by hand. Add 4 eggs one at a time until incorporated into dough. Spread on greased jelly roll pan with wet fingers. Bake 350 for 30 to 35 minutes until puffy. Cool.

For Filling: Mix together until smooth 2 large instant vanilla pudding mixes, 1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, and 4 cups of milk. Spread over cooled crust. Top with 12 oz container of Cool Whip and drizzle whole thing with chocolate syrup.
