Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 8 ounces sliced lean deli ham
- 1 (8-inch) round focaccia bread
- 1 (7-oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients (may through crushed red pepper flakes).
Cut bread in half horizontally. Spread mayo mixture over the cut sides of the bread. Place ham over the bottom half of the bread and top with roasted red peppers, spinach and top half of bread. Cut crosswise into 4 wedges.
