Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp salad or vegetable oil
- 6 tbsp evaporated milk
- 1 cup zucchini, grated
- 1 cup finely chopped apples

Step 1
Combine Bisquick, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Beat egg, then blend in oil, evaporated milk and grated zucchini. Add to dry ingredients and beat just until well mixed. Bake in greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan in preheated 400 F oven until loaf tests done, about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, turn out on rack, and continue cooling for about 10 minutes longer; slice and serve warm with butter.
