Ingredients
- 6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes peeled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large onion
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Thinly sliced potatoes and onions.
Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Layer one quarter of potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Layer 1/3 of onions and dot with butter.
Continue layering and end with potatoes.
Mix cream and milk pour over top.
Bake at 400° for one hour until bubbling and browned on top and potatoes are tender.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
