Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 bag of small pretzels, crushed
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar (or Splenda)
- Cream Layer:
- 1 medium container Cool Whip
- 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar (or Splenda)
- Top Layer:
- Jello
- Fruit of choice (Mandarin oranges, bananas, etc.)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients for the crust together. Press in a glass dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 6 minutes. Cool.
Once crust is cooling, combine Cool Whip, cream cheese, and sugar together. Mix thoroughly. Pour over pretzel base, making sure that the Cool Whip mixture seals the sides. Refrigerate while making the jello.
Mix the Jello mix according to directions. Let set up according to the directions on the package, and then add the fruit. Pour on top of the Cool Whip/Pretzel mixtures.
Refrigerate. Make a day ahead for best results.
