Ingredients

  • 1 (12- to 16-ounce) loaf French bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced deli-style ham
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced Genoa or hard salami
  • 4 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

Slice bread lengthwise in half. Brush both cut sides with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder.

Layer ham, turkey, tomato, salami, and cheese across each cut side. Cover with other half of bread and wrap tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until hot. Slice into 8 equal portions and serve.

Notes:
We suggest cutting this with a serrated knife it'll hold together better.
