Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken breast, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3/4 tea. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tea. Sriracha sauce (for add'l heat)
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Saute chicken in oil until browned. Remove chicken. Add remaining ingredients (except cornstarch)and heat over medium heat until well blended and dissolved. Add chicken and bring to a hard boil Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes uncovered. Add cornstarch to thicken.
Serve over rice
