Fiesta Guacamole

Ingredients

• 4 avocados, peeled, pitted, cubed and mashed
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 onion, diced
• 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 1 Tb. garlic, minced
• juice of 2 limes

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together avocados and tomatoes. Stir in onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and garlic. Add lime juice; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes before serving. Makes 10 servings.
