Ingredients
- 1 cup key lime juice (Zest of 1 lime - Juice of 2 limes)
- 1 box (0.3 oz) sugar-free lime gelatin
- 2 cans (14 oz) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 reduced-fat graham-cracker pie crusts
- Thin strips of lime peel and extra fat-free topping, for garnish (optional)

Step 1
1. Put key lime juice, zest and juice in a bowl. Slowly whisk in gelatin until almost dissolved, about 1 minute. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk until fully blended.
2. Whisk in thawed whipped topping until blended. Pour mixture into crust and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until frozen. Garnish as desired.
