Ingredients

• 1 cup grated Zucchini
• 1 Tbs grated Onion
• 2 slightly beaten Eggs
• Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in Cast Iron Skillet. Mix all ingredients together in Med. Sized bowl & drop by tablespoons into hot oil. When brown on one side, turn & cook the other side. Stack on a plate & keep in oven till whole batch is down. Top with Sour Cream, Butter, or Gravy.
