- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, PEELED
- 2 C SHREDDED COOKED CHICKEN
- 1 C BEER BE QUE SAUCE DIVIDED
- 2 t FINELY CHOPPED FRESH OREGANO LEAVES
- 1/2 t BLACK PEPPER
- CORNMEAL FOR DUSTING
- 1 POUND FROZEN PREPARED PIZZA DOUGH, THAWED
- 6 OZ. GRATED CHEESE

Step 1
PREPARE GRILL FOR INDIRECT COOKING OVER MEDIUM HEAT. SLICE ONION. SEPERATE SLICES INTO RINGS. SLICE GARLIC. COMBINE CHICKEN, 1/2 C SAUCE, OREGANO AND PEPPER IN SMALL BOWL, TOSS TO COAT.PLACE DOUGH ON LIGHTLY DUSTED SURFACE WITH CORNMEAL. USING PASTRY ROLLER, ROLL TO 12INCH CIRCLE. PLACE DOUGH ON PIZZA PAN STRETCHING TO COVER THE PAN.
SPREAD REMAINING SAUCE EVENLY OVER DOUGH. TOP WITH CHICKEN MIXTURE, GARLIC, AND ONION. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.
PLACE PIZZA ON GRILL, GRILL, COVERED 18-22 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRUST IS DEEP GOLDEN BROWN, CAREFULLY ROTATING PAN OCCASIONALY.
REMOVE PAN FROM GRILL. CUT PIZZA INTO 12 SLICES.
