- 5 Tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Whisk flour and milk in saucepan until smooth. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until thickened,
Cover and refrigerate. In a mixing bowl, cream margarine, Crisco and sugar.
Add chilled milk mixture; beat for 10 minutes or until fluffy. The longer you beat the better.
Stir in vanilla.
