Ingredients
- Crepes:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Filling:
- 2 cups cottage or ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Step 1
Crepes:
Add milk and salt to well beaten eggs. Stir in flour until smooth (the batter should be thin). Lightly grease and preheat a frying pan, fry small amounts of the batter (about ¼ cup) as you would a pancake until they turn yellowish in color.
Filling:
Combine all of the above ingredients. Place about a tablespoon of filling in the centre of the crepe (more filling if the crepe is very large), roll up the crepe and place it seam side down in a lightly greased casserole dish. (Make sure there is enough room to add the whip cream mixture (see below). Bake the Nalysnyky until golden brown @ 350oF (about 30-40 minutes).
Then Baba fries one chopped onion in butter and adds at least 1 cup whipping cream (enough to cover the Nalysnyky) and heats it slightly. Then she pours this over the Nalysnyky and bakes it until warm (about 10 minutes more). Yummy!
