Ingredients

  • 3 3 3 lb country-style pork loin ribs
  • 2 2 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 3 3 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 3 3 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1 Spray 4 to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place ribs in slow cooker. In medium bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs.

2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 9 to 10 hours.

Do you like extra-spicy ribs? If so, add 1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce.
If ribs are on fatty side, broil 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned, drain and then place in slow cooker.
