Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 dashes garlic powder
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can (4 oz) mushrooms with liquid
- 1/2-3/4 cup sour cream
- Cooked noodles (to serve with sauce).

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in oli until golden brown.
Add beef and brown.
Add flour and seasoning; stir.
Add soup and undrained mushrooms.
You may have to add a little water.
Cover nd simmer for 20 minutes.
Add sour cream and just heat.
Serve with hot cooked noodles
