Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cake

Ingredients

• Crumbs:
• 1 Chocolate Cake Mix
• 1/3 cup Oil
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• Cake:
• 1 cup Applesauce
• 2 Eggs
• Ganache:
• 1 cup Chocolate Chips
• 1/4 cup Milk
• Topping:
• 1 cup Macadamia Nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together crumb ingredients and reserve 1 cup.
To the remainder of the crumbs add the remaining cake ingredients.
Press into a 9" springform pan.
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes.
Melt chocolate and milk, and spread on top of cake.
Top with reserved crumbs and macadamia nuts.
