Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced-fat (1%) milk or Â1/2 cup fat-free and Â1/2 cup reduced-fat 2%
- 2 Â1/2 reduced-fat Oreo cookies
- 1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding (dry mix)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package Splenda or Equal
- 1 Â1/2 cups ice cubes

Step 1
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add a few more ice cubes if the shake isnot thick enough.
2. Serve at once.

I just made this with milk, vanilla extract and dry oreo pudding mix. I'm not sure of the calories but instead of using cookies AND vanilla pudding mix, you could just use the oreo pudding mix. I didn't add any sweetener, and it is sweet enough. Thanks for posting.
