Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 small fresh garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a blender, combine the mustard, vinegars, garlic, and spices and mix on medium until completely blended
2. With the blender still on, slowly pour in the olive oil in a continuous steady stream followed by the canola oil in the same fashion.
3. Remove the dressing from the blender and salt to taste, if necessary. The dressing will keep for 2 weeks refrigerated in a covered glass container
