Chicken Protein Cookie

Awesome, super easy healthy Protein cookies. Great to grab and and eat on the way to the gym!!

Ingredients
- 2 Large Cans of chicken (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 1 Cup Egg Whites or Egg beaters
- Your choice of seasonings. I use Lemon Pepper.

Step 1
Mix together until smooth. Add Seasonings of your choice. Let it sit for a while in the refrig. About an hour or so. Spoon on to lightly sprayed cookie sheet and form them like cookies. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until firm.
Keep refrigerated.
